A woven Patch is weaved on a loom and gives a smooth finish to the patch surface. It is an excellent choice for smaller badges as you can achieve greater definition, and smaller detail. Due to the flat surface it is also much less susceptible to abrasion and fraying. Interms of material, Woven patches are available in cotton, taffeta, damask, and satin. What's more, you have your choice of iron on, self-adhesive, and printed labels.
We offer two types of borders for custom woven patches: Merrow, and Laser Cut. Hot cut borders are more ideal for complex custom shapes, whereas merrow borders are more suited for basic shapes such as circles, ovals and squares.

HOW TO ATTACH PATCH
Garment should be clean & freshly laundered for attaching patch. Here are the basic instructions for setting our iron on patches.
CAUTION: The following instructions are for ironing your patch onto a cotton garment. For other fabrics or bulkier garments, follow the manufacturers recommended heat settings. To assure a good bond on hard to bond fabrics steps 4 may be repeated 2 or 3 times.
Step 1: Set iron to "COTTON", 400 degrees, for one minute.
Step 2: Thoroughly iron area of garment where patch will be placed.
Step 3: Spray light water on the back. Position your patch where you desire, Place it on the garment, embroidery facing up.
Step 4: Place cloth or light towel over patch and using a slow circular motion, press firmly for 30 seconds.
Step 5: Let it be cool for one minute. If edge of patch can be lifted, repeat step 5.
